A note from IT & safeguarding
Thanks for stopping here.
There's a short message for you on the other side of this button.
This was a phishing awareness test.
The email you just opened was sent by your own team, on purpose, to help us all get better at spotting suspicious messages.
You're not in any trouble, and nothing has been installed or taken. Clicking is exactly how most people learn what to watch for — that's the whole point of the exercise.
What to look for next time
An unexpected link or request. Pause when a message wants you to click, log in, or act quickly — especially if you weren't expecting it.
The real sender address. Hover over the sender's name to see the actual email address behind it. A familiar name can hide an unfamiliar address.
A nudge to hurry. Urgency, pressure, or a deadline is a classic tactic to stop you thinking. When in doubt, slow down and check.
